TED Talk -Grit: the power of passion and perseverance Three words gritty – adjective Ø    He showed the gritty determination that we've come to expect from him. individual – noun Ø    We try to treat our students as individuals . mindset – noun Ø    It's extraordinary how hard it is to change the mindset of the public and the press. My comments on the talk The key to success is the state of mind. No matter learning, exams, competitions or work, you will encounter challenges. Losing or failing is not terrible. Facing the failed thinking mode, attitude and behavior, it is the key to success! Success is bit by bit, telling yourself that IQ is not inherently fixed, you can become smarter, and you are willing to accept challenges, are willing to accept failures, and are willing to try again after failing, trying your best to make things better or to solve problems. Make yourself more advanced.
